Order Cancellation Policy

At Franco Shops, orders can be cancelled before shipment.

To request a cancellation, email info@francoshops.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved cancellation refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
